  I am posting because I was unhappy with State Farm as a whole - but wanted to say that I was with Bob Zakar for just over 11 years, and their staff was always absolutely wonderful!
  
  They always took time to answer my questions and make sure I really understood everything, and they were kind enough to constantly print auto insurance cards - since I for some reason tend to lose them regularly.
  
  -Bob Zakar and his team get 10 Stars for being so wonderful throughout the years
