  Went to have a prescription filled and the individual was rude and unhelpful. After later finding out that she was one of the pharmacist I was even more disheartened. Often people forget to put themselves in the shoes of the people they are serving and handle them with care and consideration. After waiting a day, I call to find out the prescription was ready but received no notification. I Love CVS and always use the pharmacy but different location. I want to be fair and make it clear the other staff I dealt with today was extremely compassionate but I will NOT return to this location.
