  The staff is unprofessional to say the least. I called several times for two days in a row to simply ask for a prescription refill for insulin and she kept saying they would send it, but it never happened. I think her name was Grace, very unprofessional. The pharmacist herself called the clinic and the woman who answered the phone was being rude and hung up on her. I'm surprised they even answer the phone, most of the time i call the clinic and no one answers. This has been an ongoing issue
  I keep hoping that next time it will be better, but the staff really suck. This is a shame because the doctor himself is a good doctor and my father has been seeing him for years.
  
  OMG, please beware! I cant tell you how terrible this place is! Two hour wait, they are so rude and something doesnt feel right about this place.
